Tonight around 8:00 pm we had a surprise snowstorm! First we had thunder that no one was expecting and then I heard a weather report that there were snow flurries in Lago Vista (out at the lake). The kids and I went to bed and I heard sleet.Christie was out shopping and came 
out to bushels of snow falling. She said that everyone in the parking lot was standing around gawking at the sky. She rushed in the door and woke us up but we weren't to enthusiastic at first. Bobby took one look at iot and went back to bed. But I got up 
again and it really started coming down,

We had the thunder, sleet and snow at my house too. I don't know what time you took the pictures but it snowed here around 8 ish and then it really snowed huge flakes around 10:30. It was wonderful. I took the dogs outside to take pictures but they didn't want anything to do with the snow or picture taking. I was lucky to get a picture of them by the door. They were just waiting to go back inside the warm house.
